STRESZCZENIE
Pęcherzyca zwykła (Pemphigus vulgaris) to choroba autoimmunologiczna, charakteryzująca się obecnością autoprzeciwciał skierowanych przeciwko strukturalnym białkom skóry. Celem leczenia pęcherzycy jest uzyskanie całkowitego ustąpienia zmian skórnych oraz ujemnych wyników badań immunologicznych. W terapii pęcherzycy zwykłej stosuje się zarówno leczenie miejscowe, jak i ogólne, dobrane indywidualnie do każdego pacjenta. Powinno odbywać się w trakcie hospitalizacji pacjenta na oddziale dermatologicznym. Im wcześniej rozpocznie się leczenie, tym szanse na wyleczenie są większe. Celem tego artykułu jest przybliżenie istoty choroby oraz wskazanie najczęstszych przyczyn, objawów oraz kierunków leczenia pęcherzycy zwykłej.

ABSTRACT
Pemphigus vulgaris is an autoimmune disease, in which autoantibodies against structural skin proteins occur. The goal in pemphigus treatment is complete regression of skin changes and to obtain negative immunological tests results in patients. In pemphigus vulgaris the local and general treatment is used, determined individually for every patient. It should be carried out at Dermatological Unit during the patient’s hospitalization. The sooner the treatment is started, the better the results are. The aim of this work is to introduce the reader to the essence of the disease, and an indication of the most common causes, symptoms and treatment of pemphigus vulgaris directions.
