STRESZCZENIE
Termin „talasoterapia” tłumaczy się jako „terapia morzem”. Jest to równoczesne wykorzystanie według określonych zasad czynników morskich, takich jak: klimat morski, zjonizowane powietrze, woda morska, błoto (muł) z dna morskiego, piasek, algi, masa perłowa i ikra rybia. W artykule zdefiniowano i opisano poszczególne terapie jako składowe kompleksowej talasoterapii oraz przeanalizowano możliwości wprowadzenia poszczególnych terapii lub ich elementów do kosmetologii. Wyszczególniono następujące elementy talasoterapii: hydroterapia, klimatoterapia, aerozoloterapia, peloidoterapia, helioterapia, muzykoterapia receptywna (relaksująca), kinezyterapia, fitoterapia, terapia z wykorzystaniem surowców pochodzenia zwierzęcego.

ABSTRACT
Thalassotherapy is defined as the therapy by the sea. it should be defined as the simultaneous use, according to specific rules, factors marine such as: marine climate, ionized air, sea water, the mud (silt) from the bottom of the sea, sand, algae, mass pearl and roes fish. The paper defines and describes the individual therapies as a component of comprehensive thalassotherapy, and an analysis of the possibility of transfer of individual therapy or their components to the cosmetology. Have been specified following elements thalassotherapy: hydrotherapy, climatotherapy, aerosoltherapy, peloidoterapia, heliotherapy, receptive musicotherapy (relaxing), kinesiotherapy, phytotherapy, therapy using animal raw materials.
