Streszczenie
Barwniki takie jak: melanina, hemoglobina, oksyhemoglobina oraz karoten mają wpływ na kolor skóry. Wzmożona fizjologiczna zawartość barwników prowadzi do zaburzeń kolorytu, w tym przebarwień. Wynikają one przede wszystkim ze wzmożonej ekspozycji na promieniowanie słoneczne. Przebarwienia skóry są jednym z najczęstszych problemów kosmetologicznych. Mogą manifestować różne choroby ogólnoustrojowe. Istnieje wiele metod leczenia przebarwień. Zwykle jest to proces trudny i czasochłonny. Jedną z efektywnych metod jest laseroterapia. W terapii stosowane są zwykle lasery: rubinowy typu Q-switch, Nd:Yag typu Q-swich, aleksandrytowy typu Q-swich, a także urządzenia IPL. Za pomocą laserów można osiągnąć bardzo dobre wyniki w leczeniu piegów, plam soczewicowatych, przebarwionych brodawek łojotokowych, tatuaży, a także niektórych przebarwień polekowych. Wybór metody leczenia hiperpigmentacji zależy przede wszystkim od etiopatogenezy choroby.

Abstra ct
The color of skin is influenced by various pigments: melanin, hemoglobin, oxyhemoglobin and carotene. The increase of physiological pigments leads to disorders, including skin discoloration. Solar radiation has the most important impact on the formation of skin pigmentation. Skin discoloration is one of the most common cosmetic problems, being at the same time a symptom of various systemic diseases. There are many kinds of hyperpigmentation treatment. Usually, the process is difficult and time consuming. One of effective methods is laser therapy. Most commonly used equipment are lasers such as: ruby laser Q-switch, Nd: YAG Q-swich, alexandrite laser Q-swich as well as IPL devices. The laser therapy gives very good results in freckles, lentigines, discolored seborrheic keratosis, tattoos, and some drug-induced hyperpigmentation treatment. The choice of hyperpigmentation treatment method depends primarily on etiopathology of the disease.
